At QAD, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with our products, and we believe in taking a proactive approach to resolve any problems our customers may encounter.
To uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have a Repair First Policy for warranties direct with the manufacturer. To set up a repair please contact email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Model, color, and dexterity of the rest
- Your shipping address and phone number
- Serial Number of the rest (located on rest housing)
- A brief description of the issue you are having with your QAD arrow rest.
Our customer support team will contact you with a Repair Order number and the address to ship the malfunctioning product for repair. Turnaround time largely depends on shipping back and forth and our customer support team can provide you with an estimated time of turnaround at the time the repair is set up.
If your ULTRAREST® is malfunctioning and you need a quicker solution. We recommend taking it to a local QAD Retailer, and see if they are willing to help you find a solution. While they have their own return policies and are not obligated by QAD to help, many are willing to handle the warranty for a small fee to cover shipping, incidentals, etc. If they have any questions about their role in the process, they can contact us at 434-846-5839.
*Please note that this Repair First Policy applies to products within their warranty period. For products outside the warranty period, repair services may still be available at a cost of $25 plus the shipping of the malfunctioning product to us. Our customer service team will provide further details in such cases.
